How to Cancel Rilla

To cancel a subscription or service with Rilla, you need to follow these steps based on their terms and conditions:

Cancellation Process

Subscription Termination

Customers can terminate their agreement with Rillavoice only upon the expiration of their contract term, as specified in the terms of their subscription or service agreement. This means you cannot cancel the service mid-term unless there is a material breach of the terms and conditions by Rillavoice.

Initiating Cancellation

If you are approaching the end of your contract term and wish to cancel, you should contact the relevant support team. You can do this by emailing [email protected].

Material Breach

If Rillavoice terminates the provision of services due to a material breach of the terms and conditions, they will provide written notice of the breach and a reasonable opportunity to cure the breach before taking termination action.
