How to Cancel RocketReach

To cancel your RocketReach subscription, follow these steps based on your subscription type:

For Free Service:

• You do not need to cancel a subscription since there is no fee involved. Instead, you can deactivate your account directly from the accounts page on the RocketReach portal.

For Individual and Non-Custom Packages:

• Log in to your RocketReach account.
• Navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" section from your accounts page.
• Select the option to "Cancel Subscription".
• Ensure you see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email to verify that your subscription has been cancelled.

For Custom Plans:

• You need to contact your RocketReach Account Manager or send an email to sales@rocketreach.co to request the cancellation of your subscription.
• Make sure to receive a confirmation email to ensure your cancellation is processed.

General Instructions:

• To avoid automatic renewal, it is crucial to cancel your subscription well before the end of your current subscription term.
• Cancellations must be made with at least 30 days’ written notice to take effect at the end of your Subscription Term. You can send this notice via email to support@rocketreach.co.

Important Notes:

• Once you cancel your subscription, you will not receive any refunds for the current billing period.
• Your leftover credits will remain available until the end of your subscription cycle.
• Ensure you update your contact and billing information before cancelling to avoid any issues with your account.
