How to Cancel RSVPify

To cancel your RSVPify subscription, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Subscription

1. Access Your Account:

   • Click on the dropdown menu next to your profile picture in the top right corner of your screen and select ‘My Account’.

2. Locate the Current Plan:

   • Under the ‘Current Plan’ section, find and click on ‘Cancel Subscription’.

3. Confirm Cancellation:

   • Select the ‘Cancel Subscription Now’ option to cancel your plan and stop future billings.

4. Follow the Live Chat Flow:

   • After clicking "Cancel subscription now," a live chat will open. Continue through the flow until you receive confirmation of your subscription cancellation. You will be given the opportunity to change your subscription to better suit your event needs if desired.

Alternative Methods for Cancellation

Online Form

If you are unable to access your RSVPify account or prefer this method, you can cancel your subscription by filling out the cancelation request form. For verification, you need to provide:

• Email address
• Last 4 digits of your credit card on file
• The billing address associated with your credit card
• Full name of the account holder

Email (For California Residents)

Residents of California can request cancellation by email. Send your cancelation request to [email protected] with the following details:

• Email address
• Last 4 digits of your credit card on file
• The billing address associated with your credit card
• Full name of the account holder

Post-Cancellation Access

After the cancellation is complete, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the billing period you paid for. Once this period expires, your account will automatically downgrade back to the free plan, and you will no longer have access to the events you created while on a premium plan.

Closing Your Account (Optional)

If you also want to close your account and delete your data, follow these steps:

• Open your ‘My Account’ page.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ‘Close my account and delete my data’.
• Follow the link and enter your email address to permanently delete your account and associated data.
