How to cancel SixBit Software

To cancel your SixBit Software subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your SixBit Client Area: Go to the SixBit website and log in using the email address and password you used to register your account. You can also access the Client Area from within the SixBit program by selecting the Support mode and clicking the Client Area button.

  2. Navigate to Your Subscriptions: Once logged in, click on the "Services" tab to view your active subscriptions.

  3. Select the Subscription to Cancel: Click the "Active" button next to the subscription you wish to cancel.

  4. Initiate Cancellation: Click the "Cancel" button. You will be prompted to provide a brief reason for your cancellation.

  5. Confirm Cancellation: Enter your reason and click the "Request Cancellation" button again to confirm.
