How to Cancel Sling

To cancel a Sling subscription, you need to differentiate between two main types of Sling services: Sling TV (a streaming service) and Sling (an employee scheduling and management tool). Here are the instructions for each:

Canceling Sling TV Subscription

1. Visit the Sling TV website at sling.com and sign in to your account.
2. Navigate to the "My Account" dashboard.
3. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" link.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.
5. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

Canceling Sling Employee Scheduling Subscription

1. Log in to the web version of Sling at login.getsling.com.
2. Click on your name at the top right corner of any page and select "Account."
3. Go to the "Billing" tab.
4. Find and select the option to cancel your subscription.
5. Confirm that you want to proceed with the cancellation. Note that if payment has been processed for the month, you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle, but no refund will be issued.
