How to Cancel SOCi

To cancel an order for a SOCi product, follow these steps:

1. Contact SOCi Immediately: Reach out to SOCi, LP as soon as possible to request cancellation. This is crucial because once an order has shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it.

2. Cancellation Fees: Be aware that there will be a minimum cancellation fee of 25%. This fee applies to all cancellations.

3. Custom Orders: Note that custom orders cannot be returned or canceled once they are placed.

4. Return Policy: If your item is returnable, you may return it subject to SOCi’s return policy. Returns must be in original cartons and in new condition to receive credit. A 25% restocking charge applies, and you will need to pay all shipping charges.

5. Return Authorization: Before returning any items, you must obtain a return authorization from SOCi. Without this authorization, no credit will be issued.

6. Inspect Merchandise: Upon receiving your merchandise, inspect it immediately for any damage. Report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies to SOCi promptly to file a claim.
