How to Cancel Splose

Cancellation Process

To cancel an appointment in Splose, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Click on the appointment you wish to cancel.
  2. Select the "Status" option.
  3. Click "Cancelled" to confirm the cancellation. A cancellation modal will appear.

Setting Up Cancellation Policies

To add a cancellation policy to online bookings:

  1. Go to Settings and select Online bookings.
  2. Add your cancellation policy by inserting a link or typing it directly into the settings. You can format your policy using basic text formatting options.

Invoicing for Cancelled Appointments

To invoice for a cancelled appointment:

  1. Open the cancelled appointment modal.
  2. Click Add Invoice to create an invoice for the cancelled appointment.

Setting Up Cancellation Rules

To set up rules for cancelled appointments:

  1. Go to Settings and select Cancellation reasons.
  2. Add a new reason or edit an existing one.
  3. Set rules based on the cancellation notice period. For example, if the notice is less than two days, you can apply a cancellation fee. If the notice is more than two days, you can mark it as "Do not invoice."

Viewing and Managing Cancellations

  • You can view cancelled appointments and their reasons from the appointment modal.
  • You can also toggle the visibility of cancellations on your calendar to manage space effectively.
