What I like here is that it helps connect in-person payments with the rest of the Stripe system. That makes things feel more unified instead of having online and physical payments split apart.

Stripe actually supports credit cards, debit cards and upi payment methods and all these are managed in one dashboard.

Nothing for now

It always needs internet connections, if connection drops and doesn't return back money might not be received.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

Stripe Terminal allows in-person payments. One of my client use Stripe Terminal and it integrates with his POS. All payments of online and in-store can track in one place is the best benefit.

What feature doesn’t work as expected?

Setting up the SDK and the terminal is little bit complex.

What new feature would you love to see added?

Stripe Terminal could add more plug and play features for the POS. A method to handle offline payments could improve the user experience.
