How to Cancel SurveyBot

To cancel your subscription to the SurveyBot product, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Subscription

Only the Account Admin can perform the cancellation.

• Navigate to the Account Section: Go to the account management area of your SurveyBot dashboard.
• Access the Billing Tab: Click on the ‘Billing’ tab within the account section.
• Initiate Cancellation: Click on the ‘Cancel Account’ or ‘Cancel Subscription’ option.

Important Notes

• Active Until Renewal Date: Your account will remain active until your next renewal date, allowing you to continue using SurveyBot services during this period.
• Data Retention: Your data will be held for a specified period (typically up to 30 calendar days) from the time of cancellation. It can be reinstated if you decide to re-subscribe within this timeframe.
• No Refunds: After the cancellation, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
