How to Cancel SurveyMonkey

To cancel your SurveyMonkey subscription, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your SurveyMonkey account: Go to the SurveyMonkey website and log in using your credentials. You can also use Google to sign in if you’ve previously linked your Google account.

2. Access your account settings: Click on your username or avatar in the top right corner of the page. This will open a dropdown menu.

3. Navigate to billing details: From the dropdown menu, select "My Account" and then click on "Billing details."

4. Cancel auto-renewal: In the billing details section, locate the "Auto-renew" option. Click on it to disable auto-renewal. You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation.

5. Confirm cancellation: Follow the prompts to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription. Note that your account will be downgraded to the Basic free plan after cancellation, and you will lose access to paid features.

6. Verify cancellation: Ensure that your subscription has been successfully cancelled by checking your account settings or looking for a confirmation email from SurveyMonkey.

If you are in the European Union and have recently signed up for a paid subscription, you may also have the option to cancel within 14 days of receiving your subscription confirmation email, which will result in a refund.
