How to Cancel Teladoc

To cancel a Teladoc visit, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Teladoc account: Access your account via the Teladoc website or mobile app.
2. Navigate to Upcoming Visits: On the home page, locate the section for your upcoming visits.
3. Cancel the Visit: Click on the "Cancel Visit" button associated with the visit you wish to cancel.

It is recommended to cancel as soon as possible to avoid late cancellation fees. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled visit or miss the appointment, you may be charged a fee, unless you have Medicare, Medicaid, or a Federal Employee Health Plan, or reside outside the U.S. The first late cancellation or no-show fee will be waived.
