How to Cancel Text Em All

To cancel your Text-Em-All account or opt out of receiving messages, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Account

To cancel your Text-Em-All account, you need to contact their support team. Here’s how you can do it:

• Call them at (877) 226-3080.
• Alternatively, you can email them at support@text-em-all.com.

If you have a monthly subscription paid with a credit card, you can cancel it directly from your account:

• Go to Settings → Account.
• Select Cancel Subscription.
• Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

Canceling Specific Features

For features like Unlimited Conversations, you can cancel them within your account:

• Go to Settings → Text Settings.
• Find the number with Unlimited Conversations enabled.
• Click the three-dot menu and select Cancel Unlimited Conversations.

Opting Out of Messages

If you’re a recipient and want to stop receiving messages, you can opt out in several ways:

• Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL to the number that sent you the message.
• Call (866) 284-6198 to opt out of voice messages.
• Submit your phone number on the Text-Em-All opt-out page to stop all messages from their platform.

Canceling or Deleting Broadcasts

To manage broadcasts:

• Go to the Home page and locate the broadcast.
• Click the three-dot menu at the end of the broadcast row.
• Select Cancel for pending broadcasts or Delete for completed ones. Note that monthly plan users cannot delete broadcasts from the current billing cycle.
