How to Cancel todo vu

To cancel your todo.vu account and subscription, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your paid plan, you need to take the following steps:

• Log in to your todo.vu account.
• Navigate to the Workspace settings page by clicking on the workspace name at the top left of the screen.
• If your workspace is on a paid plan, you first need to downgrade it to the Free Solo plan. To do this, click on the 3-dot menu button at the far top right of the Workspace settings page and select the Downgrade workspace option. This will cancel your subscription and allow you to delete the workspace.

Deleting Your Workspace

After downgrading your workspace to the Free Solo plan, you can delete it:

• Go to the Workspace settings page.
• Click on the 3-dot menu button at the far top right of the page.
• Select the Delete workspace option.

Deleting Your User Account

Once you have removed all workspaces, you can delete your user account:

• Log in to your todo.vu account.
• Go to the Profile section.
• You will see an option to DELETE ACCOUNT. Follow the links to remove your account entirely from todo.vu.

Additional Steps

• Ensure you have unsubscribed from any mailing lists by clicking the unsubscribe links at the bottom of the emails you receive from todo.vu.
• Note that deleting a workspace or user account will result in your data being kept for approximately 60 days before permanent deletion, as a safeguard against accidental or malicious deletion.

Important Notes

• Email or phone requests to cancel your service are not considered valid cancellations. You must follow the steps outlined above.
• No refunds are provided for paid accounts, but you can cancel or downgrade your account at any time.
