How to Cancel Traqq

To cancel your Traqq subscription, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Traqq subscription at any time through your account settings.

• Go to the Subscription page in your Traqq account.
• Click on the ‘Cancel subscription’ link.
• Confirm your decision on the next page to complete the cancellation.

Important Notes

• Your prepaid number of users will remain active until your next billing cycle. For example, if you cancel an annual subscription after 9 months, you will still have access to the service for the remaining 3 months until your subscription expires.
• If you are within the 21-day free trial period for the Premium Teams or Enterprise plan, canceling your subscription will downgrade your account to the free Premium Starter plan, which supports up to 3 users. No charges will be incurred during the trial period.

Downgrading and Archiving Users

If you need to downgrade your plan to fewer users, you can do so on the Subscription tab:

• Click the ‘Change subscription’ button.
• You will be offered to archive your excess users. You can select who to remove and later either delete them permanently or restore them. Archived users’ activity records will be accessible for 365 days unless you delete them or your company’s account earlier.

Refund Policy

Traqq has a no refund policy. Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable. However, when you downgrade your subscription, the remaining amount you had prepaid for the removed users will be applied to your next subscription term.

Changing Payment Methods

If you need to change or update your payment method, you can do so on the Subscription tab in your online Traqq account.
