How to Cancel TravelPerk

To cancel a trip or subscription with TravelPerk, follow these steps:

Canceling a Trip

  1. Access Your Account: Log in to your TravelPerk account and navigate to the "Trips" section.
  2. Select the Trip: Find the trip you wish to cancel and click on it.
  3. Choose Cancel: Select the "Modify/Cancel" option and choose the traveler. Then, select "Cancel" as your action.
  4. Provide Reason: Enter a reason for the cancellation.
  5. Submit Request: Submit your cancellation request. A TravelPerk agent will contact you to finalize the process.

If you have FlexiPerk, you can cancel up to two hours before the trip and receive an 80% refund. The refund is provided as credit on the TravelPerk platform within seven days.

Canceling a TravelPerk Subscription

  1. Contact TravelPerk: Email sales@travelperk.com to request cancellation of your subscription.
  2. Provide Details: Include your account details and reason for cancellation in the email.
  3. Wait for Confirmation: TravelPerk will process your request and confirm the cancellation.

This method ensures that your account is properly closed, and you will no longer be charged for services.
