To cancel an Ultahost product, follow these steps:

1. Login to Your Account: Access your Ultahost account through their website.
2. Navigate to the Client Area: Once logged in, go to the Client Area section.
3. Submit a Cancellation Request: In the Client Area, find the option to submit a cancellation request for the specific service you want to cancel.
4. Request a Refund (If Eligible): If you are within the 30-day refund period for eligible services like Shared, VPS, WordPress, Windows Shared Hosting, Radio Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and Game Hosting, you can also request a refund. Note that domain registrations, SSL certificates, and additional services like Cpanel or Plesk are not refundable.
5. Confirm Cancellation: Ensure that your cancellation request is processed successfully to avoid further charges.
