How to Cancel Valutico

To cancel your Valutico subscription, follow these steps:

Notification

You must notify Valutico in writing to initiate the cancellation process. This can be done by sending an email to [email protected].

Timing of Notification

For subscriptions subject to a limited term, you must provide written notice at least thirty days prior to the renewal of the respective Contract Term. If you fail to provide this notice, the Contract will automatically renew for subsequent equal Contract Terms.

Method of Notification

The notification must be in writing and sent via email. You should include your intention to terminate the Contract and any relevant details such as your User Account information.

Contract Term End Date

The Contract will terminate on the next succeeding Contract Term end date if the notice is given within the specified timeframe. For example, if your Contract Term ends on a specific date, the cancellation will take effect on that date.

Payment Obligations

You will be required to pay in full for the Services up to and including the last day on which the Services are provided. There will be no refund or compensation for the period during which the Services were deactivated due to non-payment, even if payment is made later.

Data Retrieval

After termination, Valutico will make all your data available for electronic retrieval for a period of thirty days. After this period, Valutico may delete the stored Customer data, but they are not obligated to do so. You may be charged an appropriate fee for the retrieval of your data based on the amount of work performed.
