How to Cancel Voucherify
To fully cancel and potentially delete your Voucherify account and projects, follow these steps:
Canceling Your Subscription
- Go to the Team Settings section in your Voucherify dashboard.
- Navigate to the Subscription tab.
- Click on "Cancel Subscription." This will ensure you are not charged after the subscription is cancelled.
Deleting a Project
- If you want to delete a specific project, go to the Team Settings section.
- Find the project you want to delete and click on the tricolon (⁝) next to the project name.
- Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
Deleting Your Account
- To delete your entire Voucherify account, you need to contact Voucherify support directly. You cannot delete your account through the dashboard interface.
Data Management
- If you cancel your subscription, your data will be stored for at least 3 months to give you time to download it. After this period, your account and associated data will be permanently removed.
- If you accidentally delete any data, there is a good chance it can be restored by contacting Voucherify support.
Additional Steps
- Ensure you have downloaded any necessary data or backups before the account is permanently removed.
- If you need notifications about Voucherify downtime, subscribe to their status page email alerts at status.voucherify.io.
