How to Cancel WavePad

To cancel your WavePad subscription or request a refund, follow these steps:

Canceling a Subscription

If you have a subscription to WavePad through the Google Play Store, here’s how you can cancel it:

• Open your Google Play Store app.
• Click on the menu and select "Subscriptions".
• Tap on "WavePad Music and Audio Editor" (the subscription you wish to cancel).
• Click on "Cancel subscription" to stop the recurring payments.

Requesting a Refund

NCH Software offers a 30-day money back policy for their software.

Within 30 Days of Purchase

• If you are unhappy with your software within 30 days from the purchase date, you can request a refund.
• Use the refund contact form to contact support and request a refund.

After 30 Days of Purchase

• If the 30-day period has expired, refunds are generally not available. However, you can still contact NCH Software support to explain your situation, and they may consider your case on an individual basis.

Recovering a Lost License Number

If you have lost your license number, you can contact NCH Software support with your full purchase information to request a replacement Registration and Activation Code.
