    How to Cancel WPS Office

    To cancel your WPS Office subscription, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Subscription Management Center: Go to WPS Office Subscription Management Center and sign in with the account used to purchase your subscription.

    2. Locate Your Subscription: In the "My Subscription" module, find the subscription plan you want to cancel.

    3. Disable Auto-Renewal: If auto-renewal is enabled, slide the switch to the left to disable it.

    4. Confirm Cancellation: Click "Confirm" to complete the cancellation.

    If you encounter any issues, contact WPS Office customer support with your order number and user ID for assistance. Note that canceled or expired subscriptions cannot be restarted; you will need to purchase a new subscription to continue using premium features.
