How to Cancel Zero Longevity Science Subscription
Here’s a guide on canceling your subscription with Zero Longevity Science:
Checking Subscription Status:
- Open the Zero Longevity Science app.
- Tap the ‘Me’ tab.
- Tap the settings gear icon (usually located in the upper right corner).
- In the Account section under ‘Zero Plus’: If you see ‘Upgrade Now’, your account doesn’t have an active subscription.If you see ‘Zero Plus’, it means your account has an active subscription.
Viewing and Modifying Subscription Details:
- Tap ‘Zero Plus’ to view subscription information.
- Subscription type (monthly or yearly)
- ‘Member Since’ date
- If currently subscribed, you’ll see the ‘Ends On’ or ‘Renews on’ date.
- Option to renew or cancel subscription auto-renewal.
Cancelling Subscription Auto-Renewal:
For Apple / iPhone:
- Open your ‘Settings’ app.
- Tap your Apple ID (your name).
- Tap ‘Subscriptions’.
- Select Zero.
- Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’ (located at the very bottom of the screen).
For Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right.
- Go to “Payments & Subscriptions” > “Subscriptions.”
- Find and select “Zero.”
- Tap “Cancel subscription” and follow the prompts to confirm.
Note:
- Subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before expiration.
- Cancelling subscription auto-renewal will not immediately terminate your subscription; it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
