To cancel your Zoho Assist subscription, follow these steps:
Log into your Zoho Assist account using your credentials.
Navigate to the settings section by going to Settings
> Organization
> Subscription
.
In the subscription settings, you will have the option to either end your subscription immediately or schedule a cancellation for a later date. Choose the option that suits your needs.
After selecting your cancellation option, follow any additional prompts or confirmations to complete the process. You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is processed.
If you need to downgrade your account to a free plan instead of canceling, you can do so by going to Manage Subscription
> Change Plan
> FREE
> Downgrade
