It’s especially useful with non‑technical users, because they can just point the camera and follow simple visual hints instead of long instructions.
What slows you down when using it?
Most of it is straightforward, but the experience still depends a lot on the customer’s device and connection. If their phone is older or the network is weak, the video and AR tools can lag or feel a bit clunky, which slows the session down.
What could make it even better?
It helped us cut down on unnecessary on‑site visits by letting us see the setup remotely and fix simpler issues on the spot. Going forward, smoother performance on low‑end devices and a few more options around recording and reporting would make it even more valuable.
