    How to Cancel Zoho Mail

    To cancel your Zoho Mail subscription, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account as the Super Admin at https://mail.zoho.com.
    2. Click on the Control Panel option.
    3. Navigate to the Subscription section.
    4. Click on Cancel Subscription to initiate the cancellation process.

    Alternatively, if you are managing subscriptions through Zoho Billing, you can cancel them by:

    • Going to the Subscriptions module.
    • Selecting the subscription you wish to cancel.
    • Clicking the More dropdown and choosing Cancel Subscription. You can choose to cancel immediately or at the end of the current term.
