How to Cancel Genie AI

To cancel a Genie AI product subscription, follow these steps:

Login to Your Account: Ensure you are logged into the account associated with your Genie AI subscription.
Access Subscription Settings:
- For iOS users, go to your device’s Settings, tap on your Apple ID, then select Subscriptions.
- For Android users, open the Google Play Store, navigate to the top right corner, tap on your profile picture, and select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Locate and Cancel Subscription: Find the Genie AI subscription in the list of active subscriptions, tap on it, and select the option to Cancel Subscription. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Note: Deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel the subscription. Ensure you manually cancel it through the subscription settings to avoid further charges.
Post-Cancellation: You can continue using the service until the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, no further charges will be applied.
