How to Cancel FormSwift

To cancel your FormSwift subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your FormSwift account at FormSwift.com.
2. Click on the Account Settings tab.
3. Locate the Subscription Settings section at the bottom of the page.
4. Click the Cancel Plan button.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
6. Confirm your cancellation and wait for a confirmation email.

Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription by contacting FormSwift’s customer support:

• Call them at 888-311-2977, available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm ET.
• Email them at support@formswift.com.

If you subscribed through the App Store (on iPhone or iPad) or Google Play Store (on Android), you can also cancel your subscription directly through these platforms:

• On iPhone or iPad: Open the App Store, tap your profile icon, select Subscriptions, find FormSwift, and tap Cancel.
• On Android: Open the Google Play Store, tap the menu icon, select Subscriptions, find FormSwift, and tap Cancel.

After cancellation, ensure you receive a confirmation email to avoid any future charges. If you need a refund, contact customer support to inquire about eligibility and the refund process.
