I can use smart files to combine my branding services and contracts into one beautiful document because it helps my team understand how professional we look to our clients.It is very helpful to have a full history of every email thread, questionnaire, and payment in one place .
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
The advanced settings for conditional logic in automations are a bit buried in the menus, which makes the initial setup take a long time.Heavy file templates can feel a bit slow when I’m trying to make quick edits.
How could the product save you more time or money?
I think they could really benefit from adding more built-in video tutorials for the more complex setup features like advanced financial reporting and tax mapping.
