How to cancel EVA

To cancel an EVA product subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Access the EVA Platform: Go to the EVA platform where your subscription is managed.
  2. Navigate to Settings: Click on the "Settings" page.
  3. General Settings: Use the "General" settings section.
  4. Cancellation Request: Click the "Cancellation Request" button.
  5. Select Reason and Provide Feedback: A pop-up will appear. Select the most suitable reason for cancellation and add any additional feedback to help improve services.
  6. Review Options: You may have the option to downgrade your package or continue with certain services, such as reimbursement services.
  7. Confirm Cancellation: Complete the cancellation process. You will receive a confirmation pop-up and an automatic email will be sent to the EVA team to process your request.

Note that a 60-day notice period is required for cancellations. If you do not see the cancellation option, contact EVA support via live chat or email. Revoking access from platforms like Seller Central is not considered a cancellation.
