What was your first impression when you started using it?
It helps a lot in collecting feedback from different places and putting everything in one system. I also like the dashboard and reports because I can see the feedbacks and check trends without going through everything one by one.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Although I like the dashboard, it sometimes feels too crowded, and it’s hard to quickly understand the data. It takes time to figure out what’s important, especially when there’s a lot of feedback coming in but when I understand it, it becomes easier to use.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
Navigating through the analytics could be simpler. It would be better if the steps were more straightforward and easier to follow, so users don’t have to spend too much time figuring things out (especially in the dashboard part) before actually using the features.

It saves time since you don’t have to check different platforms separately. It’s also useful for spotting trends and improving services based on the feedback gathered.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
For me the best part is seeing all our customer feedback in one place. It helps our team understand exactly what people want from our business.
What slows you down when using it?
Building the custom surveys took a little bit of extra time at first. For me the advanced analytics dashboard felt slightly confusing during the initial setup.
How could the product save you more time or money?
I would love having more premade survey templates ready to go right away. For me that would make launching new customer feedback campaigns much faster.
