I haven't experienced any bugs or errors. I just wish it loads faster and simpler.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
The software can be made simpler. Having too many options or buttons makes it very overwhelming unless you got used to it... but in a beginner's perspective, it can get overwhelming.

It’s much more focused than platforms like HiBob or Personio. Those can feel bloated with features a small team never uses. HR Planner keeps it simple and is significantly cheaper than the other.
What do you dislike about this product?
The interface is a bit basic compared to some of the more modern, HR apps. It lacks some of the deeper integrations like native payroll or advanced recruitment AI that you’d find in more expensive software. But since it is cheaper, it is understandable.
How could the product save you more time or money?
The price is about half the cost of many competitors. It saves time by putting holiday requests, expenses, and employee docs in one place so I can stop chasing emails or updating spreadsheets. Because it’s so simple, I didn't spend hours watching tutorials just to get it set up.

It’s transparent, has no long-term contracts, and just handles the essentials (leave, data, expenses) really efficiently.
