What do you like best about this product?
It is more flexible and cost effective than other products, it has more faster implementation that launches a functional portal not lasting a month. It also has a built in Learning Management System.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
At first, I am not really expert in using CRM so it was confusing on how Magentrix works but I am still trying to learn and improving. It often feels less intuitive compares to modern automation tools
What new feature would you love to see added?
I think they could add a prescriptive ai and a tool and it lacks a true native app so it needs to improve more to that field.

Little bit expensive for small businesses. If you're not knowledgeable about traditional PRMs, it can be a bit of a challenge since this requires technical knowledge regarding the software.

It helps centralize partners and customers interaction making communication easir. Really improves collaboration and transparency.

It is way better than other partner tools because the setup requires zero code. I love how seamlessly it connects with my existing sales CRM system everyday.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
I have noticed a few small glitches when creating custom portals for new partners. Making the initial training programs load much faster would be amazing for everyone.
