    The ease of use and overall workflow tools were better than I expected. Things like staging and blueprints make managing multiple sites way smoother.

    The pricing can feel a bit high compared to simpler hosting options. Also, being limited to WordPress makes it less flexible if you work with other platforms.

    It took away the hassle of managing hosting, security, and backups manually. I could focus more on building and managing sites instead of dealing with technical issues.
