What do you like best about this product?

finding files across different cloud storages all in one place is just so convenient i dont have to switch apps anymore

What feels confusing or hard to use?

The first setup took me a minute to figure out but once everything is connected it gets real easy after that.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

The file sharing flow has a few extra steps but its nothing that slows u down too much once u know where things are.

What exceeded your expectations?

Through this platform finding and organizing files across several platforms made it easier for me. By utilizing intelligent search and tagging tools, it really save time.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

The quality of file tagging and storage have an impact upon searching result. Files are more difficult ti find if data is missing or inaccurate.

What could make it even better?

I think it would be better to increase the precision of autonomous tagging. It should also need to improve large scale data performance.

What exceeded your expectations?

The way it automatically tags and organizes files from Dropbox and Google Drive directly into Salesforce records is a total lifesaver for staying organized. I didn't expect the AI to be so good at "finding" relevant documents for new accounts and opportunities without me having to manually link them every time.

What feature doesn’t work as expected?

Sometimes the file versioning sync feels a bit laggy, and I’ve run into moments where I wasn't 100% sure if I was looking at the absolute latest edit of a proposal. The search function is usually great, but it can occasionally pull up too many "similar" documents that aren't actually relevant, which gets a bit cluttery.

How could the product save you more time or money?

If the initial setup and indexing of large cloud folders were a bit faster, I wouldn't have to wait around for the system to "learn" my data structure at the start. Adding a more direct way to edit documents inside the interface without jumping back and forth between Salesforce and Google Drive would also be a huge time-saver.

I’d definitely recommend it to any sales team that is tired of digging through messy folders just to find one specific contract or presentation. It’s a very affordable way to bridge the gap between your storage and your CRM, even if the interface feels a little bit basic at times.
