What was your first impression when you started using it?
I was immediately amaze of how nice and professional the job postings looked compared to the boring text ads I used to create. It felt very modern and made the whole process of setting up a new campaign feel much more creative.
What do you dislike about this product?
It can feel a bit crowded with options which sometimes makes it hard to find the specific applicants quickly. I also found that customizing certain parts of the layout took a bit more clicking when it should work just by one click.
How could the product save you more time or money?
If the automated screening tools were a bit more advanced, I wouldnt have to spend as much time manually reviewing candidates who don't meet the basic requirements. Also adding more direct integrations with local job boards would also save me the cost and effort of posting everything manually.

It is a good tool for any company that wants to stand out and attract better talent through visually stunning job advertisements.

I didn't experience major bugs, but it sometimes a bit slow when loading large numbers.
What new feature would you love to see added?
it would be nice if it added some advanced features, such as smarter candidate recommendations and more flexible integration with other HR tools.

What exceeded your expectations?
Creating the job advertisements exceeded my expectations by attracting more applicants. My recruiting team loves having a customizable career page to showcase our business culture properly
What feels confusing or hard to use?
Setting the automatic resume parsing rules took extra time during the setup. I also experienced some confusing navigation problems while browsing the advanced recruitment analytics menus
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Adding better video tutorials would help our external hiring managers learn things faster. I would also like a cheaper subscription package for smaller recruitment teams with fewer open job positions
