it made my managing social media easier by allowing me to schedule post and monitor engagements. it really helps me a lot by keeping content playing more organized.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
the advanced analytics can feel a little bit overwhelming at first. there's also many features takes time to fully understand properly.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
the content scheduling and approval workflow could be better. adding more guided steps can make it a lot easier, and adding pre built templates.

i could recommend it to my fellow workers since its a tool that makes it easier to handle our social media. it really helps a lot to monitor our engagement and organize our content.

Instead of logging into five different apps every morning, I just check one dashboard and I'm done. It’s saved me at least an hour of "context switching" every single day.
What do you dislike about this product?
The mobile app can sometimes feel a bit stripped down compared to the desktop version. I wish I could access the full analytics reports while I'm out and about.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I’d love more flexible pricing for adding just one or two extra social accounts. Right now, jumping to the next tier feels like a big leap if you only need a tiny bit more space.
