What exceeded your expectations?
I like how the platform handles context without me having to map out every single "if/then" scenario. I expected a basic drag-and-drop tool, but it actually feels like the system "understands" the flow of a real human chat.
What do you dislike about this product?
The learning curve is a bit steeper than some of the "plug-and-play" builders you see on social media. It’s a powerful engine, so you do have to put in the time to learn the terminology before you feel like a pro.
What problem did this product solve for you?
We were struggling with "dumb" bots that frustrated our customers by missing the point of their questions. OpenDialog let us build a sophisticated assistant that actually stays on track and handles complex requests gracefully.

If you’re doing anything beyond a basic FAQ bot, I’d tell you to grab this in a heartbeat. It’s a solid 9/10 for anyone who needs their AI to actually sound professional and helpful.

What do you like best about this product?
The no-code conversation designer is really intuitive and makes it easy to map out complex flows without needing a background in coding. I also love how it focuses on "explainable AI," so you can actually see the reasoning behind why the bot gave a certain response.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
The advanced settings can be pretty overwhelming for beginners and sometimes feel a bit clunky to navigate when you're first starting out. I’ve also noticed the server can get a little slow during peak hours, which makes the testing process take longer than it should.
How could the product save you more time or money?
I’d love to see more pre-built templates for common industry use cases so I don't have to design every single journey from scratch. Having a native mobile app to monitor live interactions and adjust flows on the go would also be a huge time-saver.

The way it handles complex financial workflows is a nice surprise. My team really loves how the AI agents follow all safety rules perfectly
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Setting up the initial security permissions took a bit of time. I found some confusing menus while trying to build the complex logic initially
What new feature would you love to see added?
Adding more simple video tutorials would help our team learn faster. I want a cheaper pricing plan for small healthcare clinic teams to use
