What exceeded your expectations?

I did not think Kwalys would handle that much complexity without breaking a sweat but it genuinely just does. the kind of tool that quietly overdelivers without making a big show of it

What feature doesn’t work as expected?

there was one reporting section that was not pulling the numbers i expected and i got a lil frustrated at first. ended up realizing i had the filters set wrong so once i fixed that everything came out exactly right

What’s still missing for your needs?

a more detailed activity log would be super helpful just to keep better track of what changed and when. but the core of what Kwalys already does is solid enough that it does not feel like a dealbreaker at all

would put this on anyones radar especially if they are tired of juggling too many tools that do not talk to each other. Kwalys just brings it all together in a way that actually makes sense

What feature do you use most often?

I mainly use the visual bot builder to design our customer service flows without needing any coding skills. The "Callbot" feature is also something I use a lot because it handles our phone inquiries automatically, which really helps when the team is busy.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

Sometimes the natural language processing gets a bit confused with specific slang or accents, which can lead to the bot giving the wrong answer. I also find it a little annoying that the advanced analytics take a few clicks to find when I’m trying to see where users are dropping off.

How could the product save you more time or money?

It would save us a lot more time if there were more pre-built templates for different industries so I didn't have to start every bot from scratch. If they added a more direct way to sync with our CRM, we could stop manualy moving lead data over every single day.

I’d recommend it to any business that wants to automate their chat and calls without hiring a whole dev team. It’s a very solid and flexible platform, even if you have to spend a little time fine-tuning the way it speaks to customers.

What do you like best about this product?

The best part is how this tool finds all the bad stuff hiding in our whole network. I love that the platform scans all our cloud assets without needing any manual help from me.

What slows you down when using it?

The huge number of security reports can feel a bit too much to read during a busy week. Sometimes the website screen takes a few extra seconds to load all the new data for my team.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

The process for setting up the new api scanning tools should be a lot easier to finish. Our team would love a simpler way to export the patch management logs without clicking so many buttons
