What was your first impression when you started using it?
I was really impressed by how professional and clean the interface looked when I first logged in to start managing my legal documents. It felt like a very secure and reliable place to handle sensitive information without feeling overwhelmed by technical terms.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
I almost got frustrated when I realized how much detailed information I had to enter manually just to get the initial setup finished. It took a lot longer than I expected to organize everything correctly which made me question if I had the time to keep going.
What could make it even better?
It would be great if there were more automated prompts to help me fill out the forms faster based on the data I already uploaded. I also think adding a live chat support feature would be a huge help for when I have a quick question about a specific legal term.

How has it made your work/life easier?
It helped my online shop manage and improve my entire customer setup after checkout. It manages and automates return processes and recover revenue, handles lost or damaged items, gives rewards on customers and encourages repeat purchases.
What do you dislike about this product?
Plans are a bit too high for what you usually get. Pricing increases as order volume grows, you need to use multiple apps in the ecosystem.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
Precise pricing value. More customization control for fonts, layouts, and styling options.
