    What do you like best about this product?
    I really like how it offers a local and secure cloud environment that keeps all my business data stored safely. It feels much more personal and reliable than using one of the giant global providers where you’re just another account number.
    Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
    I did run into a small issue where the file syncing took a bit longer than usual during a large upload last week. There was also one time when the login screen wouldn't load properly on my mobile browser but a quick refresh fixed it immediately.
    What problem did this product solve for you?
    It solved my problem about data privacy and where my sensitive client files were actually being hosted and managed. Now I have a this that handles my backups and security without me having to be a technical expert.

    I would recommend it because you get high-quality managed services and personal support that is really hard to find with bigger companies.

    The biggest benefit I’ve noticed is having all communication tools and customer data integrated into one platform, which improves efficiency and makes it easier to manage interactions.
    What slows you down when using it?
    What slows me down is setting up and configuring integrations with systems like CRM and automation tools, since it can take time to connect everything properly.
    If you could change one thing, what would it be?
    If I could change one thing, I would simplify the setup and integration process, with more guided steps and clearer instructions so new users can get started more easily.

    I would recommend it because it improves communication and workflow efficiency. I would rate it around 9 out of 10.

    What slows you down when using it?
    It's very limited around Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365. If your company or team uses other systems like Google workspace, it might not be convenient for your team.
    What could make it even better?
    More integration support system. More customized setups. This way it can be used for other uses who doesn't just rely with Microsoft Teams or Microsoft 365.
