How has it made your work/life easier?
It helps me collect data such as logs, metrics, and traces. It also analyzes system performance and issues, also helps my team quickly detect and fix problems on a software.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
None so far. It works really smoothly so I haven't experienced any bugs or errors. It works efficiently on data management. Really does its job.
What could make it even better?
More updates and development I think since it's still growing compared to other older popular tools. This also requires technical expertise so it's an advantage if you're familiar with this kind of software.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Highly recommended. Very efficient and reliable to use.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
The biggest benefit I’ve noticed is having unified, real-time visibility into Kubernetes clusters and workloads while significantly reducing monitoring and data transfer costs.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
What feels confusing is setting up OpenTelemetry and understanding how the observability data is structured across dashboards. It can also take time to get used to the different metrics and configurations for Kubernetes monitoring.
What could make it even better?
It could be better with a simpler onboarding process and more beginner-friendly dashboards. Clearer setup guides and easier to understand visualizations would also help users get value faster.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I would recommend it because it improves Kubernetes visibility and reduces monitoring costs while keeping data more efficient and secure.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
The biggest benefit I've noticed with Randoli is how the SRE Agent cuts MTTR by like 40% it auto-detects issues, runs your runbooks, and spits out solid root cause reports so I'm not digging through raw telemetry forever. Way less on-call fatigue and cheaper than Datadog for my K8s setups.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
The auto-remediation part of the SRE Agent doesn't always kick in smoothly on complex K8s setups; sometimes the preapproved runbooks just hang or need manual tweaks instead of firing off cleanly like they claim. It's solid for reports but feels half-baked there compared to the hype.
What’s still missing for your needs?
What's still missing for my needs is proper SLO tracking with real-time error budget visibility; it's listed as coming soon on their roadmap but right now I gotta stitch that together manually from the reports. Browser monitoring would be dope too for the full-stack stuff I deal with, but it's not there yet either.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
It's a solid cheaper alternative to Datadog for cutting MTTR and on-call BS with those auto reports, but the half-baked auto-remediation and missing SLO stuff hold it back from being a full send. I'd say try the free tier first before looping in colleagues.
