How to Cancel Customers 1st Subscription

  1. Log In to Your Account: Access your dashboard at https://c1st.com and sign in with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Settings: Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select ‘Account Settings’ or ‘Billing’.
  3. Manage Subscription: Find the ‘Subscription’ or ‘Billing’ section and locate your active plan.
  4. Cancel Plan: Click ‘Cancel Subscription’ or ‘Downgrade to Free’. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
  5. Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Notes: No penalties for cancellation. Contact support at [email protected] if issues arise. Export data before cancelling.
