How has it made your work/life easier?
It basically took the constant headache of manual dispatching off my plate so I can actually focus on growing the business. Plus, the AI handles most of those repetitive "where's my package" texts, which has been a total lifesaver for my sanity.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
The initial onboarding for certain carriers was a bit of a hurdle that made me question if it was worth the effort. Once we got past that architecture phase, though, the benefits definitely outweighed those early frustrations.
What’s still missing for your needs?
I’d love to see a more intuitive map view for real-time tracking so I could visualize the whole fleet at a glance. Simplifying the API documentation would also go a long way for those of us who aren't full-time developers.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I’d tell anyone in logistics to give it a shot because it really does simplify the day-to-day chaos. It’s one of those tools that makes you wonder how you ever managed everything manually before.

How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?
Unlike basic delivery aggregators, Nash uses intelligent AI agents to automate the complex "middle-office" tasks like financial reconciliation and dispatching. It also connects to a massive global network of over a thousand providers seamlessly, giving it a much broader and more reliable reach than standard single-fleet solutions.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
The configurable dispatch automations are incredibly powerful, but setting up the initial rules for highly specific delivery scenarios can be slightly overwhelming at first. The AI-driven fraud detection occasionally flags legitimate, high-value orders out of an abundance of caution, requiring a quick manual override.
What problem did this product solve for you?
It eliminated the need for our team to manually dispatch orders and juggle disparate tracking systems across different partners like Uber and DoorDash. Nash allowed us to effortlessly scale our same-day delivery operations and manage returns without taking on the massive overhead of building our own dedicated fleet.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I would highly recommend Nash to any growing retail, restaurant, or e-commerce business that needs to streamline complex last-mile delivery operations. The ability to automate dispatching and reduce manual errors makes it an invaluable, time-saving tool for modern logistics teams.

What feature do you use most often?
It facilitates more effective delivery management. It enhances logistical operations tracking and coordinations.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
It affect delays due to weather and traffic. When handling extremely high delivery quantities, system performance change.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
It has to increase oversight of the quality of third party deliveries. It shoul improved delivery time prediction accuracy.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Faster and more dependable delivery services supported by it. It makes logistic procedures simpler.
