What exceeded your expectations?
I was surprised by how "smart" the AI felt right out of the gate; it didn't just spit out robotic FAQs. The way it hands off a conversation to a human without the customer having to repeat everything is a total game-changer.
What do you dislike about this product?
The initial setup felt a bit like a marathon because there are so many features to tweak and learn. Also, the price tag can be a bit of a sting for a growing team, even if the features are top-notch.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I’d love to see a more "lite" version or a flexible pay-as-you-go tier for months when our traffic is a bit quieter. Some more pre-built templates for specific industries would also help speed up that initial mountain of a setup process.

If you’re running a serious operation and need a "Swiss Army knife" for customer service, I’d tell you to go for it. For a tiny one-person shop, though, it might be overkill since it’s built for bigger scaling.

I most frequently use the unified omnichannel interface to seamlessly manage customer interactions across web chat, SMS, and WhatsApp. The Voice AI feature is also a daily essential for instantly handling our high volume of incoming calls.
What do you dislike about this product?
The extensive range of capabilities can initially feel overwhelming, creating a slightly steep learning curve for new support agents. The usage-based pricing model can occasionally make monthly budgeting unpredictable during unexpected traffic spikes.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I would introduce a simplified, customizable dashboard mode specifically designed to help new agents onboard more easily without feeling overwhelmed. Adding an automated budget alert system would make managing the flexible pricing structure much easier.
