What do you like best about this product?

I like how easy it is to create surveys and start collecting data right away. The reporting tools also make it simple to actually understand the results.

What feels confusing or hard to use?

Most of it is straightforward, but some advanced features take time to figure out. It’s not always obvious how to get the most out of the analytics.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

I’d improve the integrations with other tools to make workflows smoother. That would make it easier to use in a broader tech stack.

What I dislike about this product is that some of the advanced survey and reporting features can feel a bit complex at first. It takes time to fully learn and navigate all the options.

How could the product save you more time or money?

It could save more time by simplifying the setup of surveys and reports, so they can be created faster without needing advanced configuration. It could also save money by reducing the time spent on manual analysis through more automated insights and reporting.

What exceeded your expectations?

Webropol had way more survey customization options than i thought it would and that genuinely caught me off guard in the best way. did not expect it to be that flexible out of the box

What slows you down when using it?

sometimes finding the right setting in Webropol takes me a couple extra clicks but i think i just havent spent enough time exploring the full menu yet. probably way faster once you know where everything lives

What’s still missing for your needs?

more third party integrations wouldve fit my stack better but i havent fully explored everything Webropol connects with yet. might already have what i need in there somewhere
