The limited features compared to bigger platforms can be a bit noticeable. It might feel too simple if you need more advanced tools.

What was your first impression when you started using it?
my first thought when i got into MyHotel was that it felt way more polished than i expected for this kind of tool. jumped in and things just made sense without needing a walkthrough or anything
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
there was a moment early on where MyHotel had more features than i knew what to do with and i almost stepped back but i was just not approaching it the right way. focused on what i actually needed first and it got way easier from there
How could the product save you more time or money?
MyHotel already has automation features that i havent fully set up yet and if i did i think my whole booking and management process would move a lot faster. thats completely on me for not digging into those options sooner

MyHotel is genuinely one of those tools i would bring up to anyone working in hospitality without hesitation bc it just handles so much in one place. solid recommendation every time
