What exceeded your expectations?

Using this site made my life easier because I no longer have to wonder if people actually opened my files, It exceeded my expectation on how easy it is to set up without using much time.

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

I noticed that the notification alerts can sometimes be a bit delayed, It means that i don't always get the opened alert the very second it happens. Also, the document editor is a bit stiff, making it hard to fix small typos without re uploading the whole file.

What could make it even better?

It would be much better if it could automatically connect to other apps I use, like my calendar or task managers, to save more time. I would also love to see more one-click integrations with tools like Slack or Trello so my team gets instant updates where we already work.

I’d definitely tell my colleagues to use this platform because it’s way safer and more professional than other platform and by just sending basic email attachments.

there's no major bugs, but sometimes the dashboard is slightly slow. overall, it is reliable and stable for everyday use.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

simplifying the user interface to be easier to interpret at a glance. also a beginner friendly dashboard to improve overall experience.

What was your first impression when you started using it?

I was pretty impressed with how easy it was to turn a boring PDF into a trackable "deal room" without needing any coding skills. It felt great to finally stop sending huge email attachments and instead use a single link that actually tells me when a prospect is looking at my proposal.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

The mobile interface is honestly pretty clunky and hard to use, which makes it a struggle to check my analytics while I'm away from my desk. I’ve also had some moments where the document viewer felt a bit slow to load for my clients, and that lag makes me worry about looking unprofessional during a big pitch.

What’s still missing for your needs?

I’d really love to see a native mobile app so I could get instant push notifications the second someone opens a document instead of just checking my email. It’s also missing a public API, which makes it a bit of a headache to automatically sync my lead data with the other CRM tools I use every day.
