How to Cancel Vanta Subscription
Option 1: Account Deletion (Permanent Closure)
This option is final and irreversible. All data associated with your account will be deleted.

Profile Access: Navigate to your profile page within the Vanta interface.

Account Termination: Locate and click the “Delete Account” option.

Email Confirmation: Vanta will likely require confirmation via email. Access your email client and locate the confirmation message from Vanta. Follow the instructions within the email to complete the account deletion process.
Important Considerations:
- Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all Vanta services and data.
- Vanta’s Terms of Service state that any outstanding fees must be settled before account closure can be completed.
Option 2: Plan Management (Subscription Modification)
This option allows you to maintain your Vanta account but modify your subscription plan.
