    The biggest benefit I noticed in AppSumo is that it has a massive audience that is actively looking for new tools. So, AppSumo was more effective in selling products.
    What slows you down when using it?
    Using AppSumo can sometimes feel like a slow crawl, especially when things go wrong . A slow customer support system when getting problems.
    Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
    For me, this app is good to use, and I had no problem using it. Maybe improve the customer support to make it more efficient to use.

    A 10 out of 10 score because it helps new business owners to sell their products. With a user-friendly app, a new user will find it easy to use.

    What I liked most about AppSumo was that I could find some really useful tools for much less than the normal price. It gave me a chance to try products I probably would have skipped otherwise.
    What slows you down when using it?
    Sometimes it takes time to figure out which deal is actually worth buying. A lot of tools look good at first, so I still need to check reviews and features before deciding.
    What’s still missing for your needs?
    I would like better comparison options and clearer ways to understand product quality before buying. That would make choosing easier.
