How to Cancel Healee

To cancel a consultation or subscription on the Healee telehealth platform, follow these steps:

Canceling a Consultation Request

You cannot cancel a consultation request once it has been made. If you have requested a consultation from the team of approved doctors or approved a payment request from a doctor you have connected with, the consultation request cannot be canceled.

Refund for Delayed Consultations

If your consultation is delayed beyond the urgency period you paid for, you may be eligible for a partial refund. However, this does not constitute a cancellation of the consultation request itself.

Canceling Subscriptions

Depending on the settings, patients might be able to cancel their subscriptions. If this option is not available, only admin users can cancel subscriptions.
- To cancel a subscription, go to the "Subscriptions" panel on your patient profile page.
- If you have the permission, you can cancel the subscription directly from this page. Otherwise, contact an admin user to request the cancellation.

Editing Payment Methods

You can edit your payment methods at any time by accessing the relevant section in your patient profile.
