How to Cancel CellSmart POS

To cancel a sale or transaction in CellSmart POS, follow these steps:

Canceling a Sale

1. Access the Dashboard:
   Navigate to the main dashboard of the CellSmart POS system.

2. Locate the Transaction:
   Find the transaction you want to cancel. You can search for the transaction using the item code bar or by checking the last transaction details.

3. Open the Transaction:
   If the transaction is not finalized, you can access it directly from the dashboard.

4. Cancel the Transaction:
   Once you have located the transaction, you can cancel it by using the appropriate buttons on the dashboard. Specifically, you can cancel or check-out any sales that are not finalized through the dashboard.

5. Confirm Cancellation:
   After selecting the transaction, confirm that you want to cancel it. This will remove the transaction from the current invoice and update the system accordingly.

Additional Steps for Refunds or Exchanges

If the transaction has already been finalized and you need to process a refund or exchange, follow these additional steps:

• Open a New Tab:
  Click on the new tab on the dashboard.

• Select Refund or Exchange:
  Click on the Refund or Exchange tab.

• Enter Transaction ID:
  Enter the Transaction ID from the receipt in the Transaction ID box and press enter. The required transaction will ring up.

• Process Refund or Exchange:
  Follow the on-screen instructions to process the refund or exchange, including any restocking fees or exchange details.

• Complete the Refund or Exchange:
  Enter the customer’s name, select the checkout button, and complete the refund or exchange process by selecting the payment method and saving the changes.
